Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE There will be no written solicitation issued. This is an intent to purchase a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, titled ""Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements."" This will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract utilizing a Disadvantaged Small Business by employing Contracting by Negotiating procedures in FAR Part 15. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is requireing Enterprise Totara License Services, Totara Government Cloud Talent Development Platform License Operations and Maintenance Support, and Totara Government Cloud Talent Development Platform Hosting Services and Support for the Learning Management System (LMS), known as AgLearn. Those capable of meeting the requirement IAW the details listed above are requested to provide the following information in their response: 1) Current capability that demonstrates your company's ability to meet the above requirement, 2) Company name, point of contact, e-mail address, telephone number, type of business and size, SAM UEI number.
