- The Contractor shall perform and provide general clinical and microbiology laboratory testing services to include technical skills and labor, provision of required collection supply items, specimen handling guidance, analytical testing and consultation, specimen (blood, urine, stool, etc. samples) laboratory testing, writing test results and reporting and delivery of final reports and documents via website, email or fax according to industrial laboratory testing standard and applicable laws and regulations of such services. Please see the attached Solicitation. Amend 0001 is hereby posted to provide Questions and answers; and update the PWS accordingly. Amend 0002 is hereby posted to to extend the RFQ due date
