Description

Updated 02/02/2025 The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration intends to issue a solicitation entitled, �Alabama National Cemetery Gravesite Expansion Phase 3� at Alabama National Cemetery, on or about February 11th, 2026, unless additional notice is given, or this notice is modified or cancelled. The full solicitation, specifications, and drawings will be posted on Federal Contract Opportunities at sam.gov. Proposals will be due 30 calendar days after the solicitation is published. The acquisition type for this solicitation will be Request for Proposal (RFP) in which a trade-off source selection process will be used in accordance with FAR Subpart 15.103-1. This process permits tradeoffs among cost or price and non-cost or non-price factors. A technical proposal will be required. This requirement will be an SDVOSB set-aside in accordance with Public Law 109-461. All responsible SDVOSB sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency. The construction magnitude for this requirement is between $20,000,000 and $30,000,000. The NAICS code is 237990 � Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, and the small business size standard is $45.0 Million. Construction Bid Documents are attached for preview.
