- The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 5 Network Contracting Office, is seeking a source that can provide a brand name only compact eye exam lane for the DC VA Medical Center Eye Clinic. See Attachment A for a listing of brand name only salient characteristics and other requirements. Place of Delivery: Washington DC VA Medical Center, 50 Irving St NW, Washington, DC 20422. Period of Performance/Delivery Timeframe: 90 days from award. All offeror quotes for this solicitation must be received electronically through email no later than Thursday, February 12, 2026 11:00 AM EST.
