This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, 13, and 19. Contract will be firm fixed price and the corresponding NAICS Code 333310. This will be a Small Business set-aside solicitation. Please see Request for Quote (RFQ) document 36C25226Q0189 for details in the near future. This RFQ will be posted on or around Monday, February 2, 2026. Offers will be due no later than 15:00 Central Time, Chicago, USA on Tuesday, February 10, 2026. Brand Name: MEDCO 64X CSN: 6530-439550 DESCRIPTION OF SUPPLIES Manufacturer Part No QTY Wheelchair Washer MEDCO EQUIPMENT, INC MEDCO 64X 1 General Requirements: Salient Characteristics: (Brand Name or Equal) Must not have galvanized piping Wash Pump shall not be less than 3/4 horse power Drain Pump shall not be less than 1/4 horse power Shall include an inside emergency exit Shall include no less than five (5) year warranty Minimum of 300 washes per gallon of wash and rinse Washer shall wash no less than two chairs at a time Must also be able to wash commode chairs, shower chairs, walkers, carts, etc. Shall have solid state electronics - no fuses Must use fresh water system for wash & rinse cycle - no re-used water Minimum of 16 gauge stainless steel construction Shall have four 360 degree swivel heavy duty castors with brake Must include emergency stop switch and emergency door switch Shall have a 45 second maximum water fill time - fail-proof non-mechanical (no over flow possibilities) Safety door must be of solid stainless steel Low maintenance - no filters to replace Shall be a One button operation Must include no less than two (2) 20 foot heavy duty hoses Must include Set-up and instruction packet
