Description: This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the procurement and delivery of an estimated 145,000 gallons of propane gas per year to Fort McCoy, WI 54656. The anticipated period of performance will be 1 April 2026 - 31 March 2031. The purpose of this amendment is to 1) correct the quantity of CLIN 0001 and CLIN 0002 from 145,000 gallons to 725,000 gallons, 2) correct the quantity of CLIN 0004 from 30 to 150 and 3) extend the offer due date to 10:00AM CT on 2 February 2026. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
