Murfreesboro VA Medical Center Requests for Offer (RFO) under FAR Part 12 ""Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services,"" are requesting a quantity of 26 Honeywell-Based 1962HHD ULTRA Cordless BCMA Firmware Scanner KIT: Includes BCMA Firmware, Setup card, FIPS 140-2, USB Cable, 5 Year Comprehensive Warranty with TCG EWP Warranty Protection. Solicitation requirements and product salient characteristics are included within the attached RFQ document and attachments. Solicitations are due to William Blassingame on 02/12/2026 at 12pm EST. Email solicitations to: william.blassinagme@va.gov. All questions are to be submitted via email ONLY on 02/10/2026. Read RFQ36C24926Q0099, and refrence the two (2) attachments for solictation requirements and products specifications. This is a set-aside requirement for SDVOSB's, and offers submitted not meeting the SDVOSB requirement will not be reviewed.
