- Description
- This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the attached Statement of Work dated 10 December 2025. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A site visit will be conducted on 2 February 2026 at Dover AFB Delaware at 9:30 AM EST. RSVP must be submitted to christine.parsons.1@us.af.mil by 30 January 2026 at 1:00 PM EST, otherwise access to the base may not be guaranteed. Further details will be provided once RSVP is confirmed. Must have Real ID or passport for installation access. Questions and answers will be posted after site visit is conducted. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number FA449726Q0006 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ, it will be submitted as a single PDF document, including but not limited to parts price breakdown and estimated delivery date. All questions will be submitted to 436CONS.PKB.ORG@us.af.mil by 2:00 P.M E.S.T. 4 February 2026. FA449726Q0006 is a total small business set-aside.
