- 1) This requirement is to support the procurement of ten (10) 6x4 Truck Tractors, in direct support of the KSC Truck Company establishment initiative under the 19th Expeditionary Sustainment Command (ESC).2) The purpose of this amendment is as follows:A. Replace the partial salient characteristics list with the complete version for clarity.B. Revise the response due date from 03 March 2026 to 19 February 2026 3:00 PM, KST.C. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
