- This requirement is for Contracted Level II - Armed Security Guard Service for both temporary and fixed facilities in support of Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) disaster response and recovery operations in the State of South Carolina. This service may include, but may not be limited to - providing armed security protective service for the following temporary and fixed facilities: Joint Field Office (JFO), staging yards, branch offices and other temporary or fixed facilities as required. Quotes are due Wednesday, February 11, 2026 @ 12:00 PM ET directly to this email address ONLY: FEMA-Solicitation70FBR426R00000004-SC@fema.dhs.gov. Late submissions will not be accepted. Questions and Clarification Period: Questions and clarifications from Offerors will be permitted and should be submitted via the email address: FEMA-Solicitation70FBR426R00000004-SC@fema.dhs.gov, no later than Friday, February 6, 2026, at 12:00PM ET. All responses to questions and clarifications will be posted directly in the SAM.gov posted Solicitation - 70FBR426R00000004.
