- This solicitation is for one clean, USCG approved, upon delivery U.S. Flag or foreign flag to be reflagged prior to delivery, double hull tanker with an Inert Gas System (IGS) and Segregated Ballast Tanks (SBTs) that is capable of carrying a minimum of 240,000 BBLS of clean petroleum products (intention JP5, JP8, JAA, JA1, or F76) within the vessel�s natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation. Please see the attachment(s) for the full Request for Proposal. NOTICE: If you are unable to Request Access to Controlled attachments within this Solicitation, please send an email to the Primary Point of Contact under Contact Information of this Solicitation. Please see attachment N3220526R0005-A0001 for amendments to the RFP effective 22 JAN 2026. Attachments (01), (04a), (04b), (15), (20), & (21) have also been revised in conjunction with this amendment. The Offer Due Date/Local Time has been extended from 13:00 Eastern Time, 30 JAN 2026 to 13:00 Eastern Time, 06 FEB 2026. Please see attachment N3220526R0005-A0002 for amendments to the RFP effective 02 FEB 2026. Attachments (01) & (06) have also been revised in conjunction with this amendment. The Offer Due Date/Local Time has not been extended. Please see attachment N3220526R0005-A0003 for amendments to the RFP effective 04 FEB 2026. The Offer Due Date/Local Time has been extended from 13:00 Eastern Time, 06 FEB 2026 to 13:00 Eastern Time, 13 FEB 2026.
