Description

The government has a requirement to acquire a coffee bean roaster machine which is the same as or equal in configuration and performance parameters of the Coffee Crafters brand Coffee Roaster Valenta 8 (model) equipped with the optional Fill and Seal station (K-cup dispenser) and Co-Pilot function. Interested vendors must be able to provide the Valenta 8 product or another brand and model which is the same as or equal to the configuration and performance parameters of the Coffee Crafters brand Coffee Roaster Valenta 8 defined earlier. All alternative (equal to) products presented for consideration shall contain descriptive information defining equipment capacity and performance parameters. This pre-solicitation has been determined to be associated with products within the SBA s North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 333241 Food Product Machinery / Manufacturing / Coffee Roasting and grinding machinery (i.e., food manufacturing-type) manufacturing. To be eligible for award, a vendor must have an established presence (successfully applied for and been issued a unique entity identification (UEI) within the Small Business Administration s (SBA s) portal) on SAM.gov. Vendors who do not have an active record in SAM.gov will not be considered and are not eligible for award. The product delivery address is with the vicinity of Hot Springs, AR 71913.
