- The DOT United States Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA), NY has a need for Medial, Dental and Counseling services. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to find sources as a part of the market research only. Interested companies provide below information to durba.ray@dot.gov by Tuesday, February 10, 2026,1pm EST. Performance Work Statement and Sources Sought Questionnaires are attached: 1. A copy of your capability statement along with SAM UEI number. Must have an active SAM account., address, name of the pointment of contact, email and phone number. 2. Identify if you have a GSA contract. If so, provide the GSA contract number. 3. Identify if you provided similar support. If so, provide a brief summary of the requirement, customer's name, contract number and dollar amount and the period of performance (start to finish within 3 years from the date of this RFI) 4. Identify under NAICS code 621399 is your company a large or a small company
