- 5 Feb 2026 The Government is finalizing answering questions with the intent to post questions and answers tomorrow (6 Feb 2026). Due to the length of time it has taken provide responses, an extention for proposal submissions will be provided. Date on submissions will be posted tomorrow along with the questions/ answers. 28 January 2026 This Individual Program Requirement Notice is issued under the overarching Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) Number HT003826SC001. All terms, conditions, and procedures from the base CSO apply to this Individual Program Requirement Notice unless otherwise specified herein.
