Description

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) on behalf of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) intends to solicit from one responsible source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) FAR 6.103-1, FAR Class Deviation 25-11 for FAR Part 6. The proposed contract action will be made to Atlantic Diving Supply, Inc. for MAMMOTH, a web-based online ordering platform for clothing, personal protective equipment, and tactical supplies for Homeland Security Investigations. This contract action will be a modification to raise the ceiling on an existing single-award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract (70CMSD24D00000001), which was awarded to Atlantic Diving Supply, Inc. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for quote (RFQ). The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one responsbile source and no other supplies or services will satisfy Agency requirements. A determination not to compete this proposed contract action based on this notice is within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
