Description

Advance Notice: N6660426R3005 The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Ranges, Engineering and Analysis Department (Code 70) has a requirement, under the SeaPort-NxG Multiple Award Contract (MAC), for business services in the areas of program, project, financial, and office management in support of the various Code 70 Programs. A DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) is attached. Services are currently provided under N00178-21-D-9184/N6660423F3000 with LMR Technical Group LLC. A term-type Task Order with Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) and Cost Reimbursable (CR) provisions is anticipated with award based on a trade-off process. The Government�s estimated Level of Effort (LOE) for the CPFF tasking is 165,600-man hours; estimated Period of Performance (PoP): One (1) Base Year and four (4) option years. Anticipated Request for Proposal (RFP) Release: February 2026 RFP Period: 30 days Estimated Award: FY2026 Q4 Set Aside: SDVOSB SCLS and OCOI apply NAICS 541330; PSC: AC34 Facility Clearance Level: Secret.
