Anticipated Solicitation Number: N3904026R0002? Anticipated Solicitation Release Date: 02/20/2026? Anticipated Contract Type: Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee Submission Instructions? Interested parties are invited to submit questions and comments regarding this pre-solicitation notice and the draft SOW. All submissions should be made electronically to marilyn.g.fletcher2.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 02/20/2026 12:30 PM EST. Please include the following in your submission: ? Company Name and Address? Company Point of Contact, Phone Number, and Email Address? CAGE Code and DUNS Number? Business Size and any applicable socio-economic status? Questions/comments on the draft SOW ? The Government will not provide a direct response to the questions/comments submitted. However, the Government will consider all feedback received when finalizing the solicitation. Disclaimer?
