Description
RFQ Inquiries Siemens Apogee System Maintenance and Operations Services (GLA) 36C26226Q0233 Please provide a System Profile report from Siemens Insight to assist in estimating. Not available Please provide an all points report from Siemens Insight to assist in estimating. Not available Please provide a count of total sensors requiring calibration or verification annually per SOW (Section B.3). Calibration of sensors is as required knowledge of Siemens Apogee system is a must to meet this requirement. Is there a GFE parts inventory? Or is contractor responsible for stocking ALL sensors, actuators, and circuit boards from day one? Contractor is expected to be able to procure any parts required to complete repair within 24 hours of failed report and have knowledge of items that cannot be procured quickly to have them in stock. The Statement of Work (Section B.3) defines normal working hours as 6:00 AM 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, but does not specify the required onsite staffing level. To ensure offerors provide pricing consistent with the Government s operational expectations, please clarify: Does the Government require a dedicated, full-time onsite technician during normal working hours? Yes we require a full-time onsite tech and 24-hour remote access to monitoring and temp/air flow adjustments as required. There must be 24 hours, 7 days a week and include holidays for remote temperature adjustments. What was the typical onsite staffing model utilized by the incumbent to successfully meet the current requirements? 2 Staff onsite and any support staff required to meet the needs of the facility. Section 6.k states the COR may direct more frequent system checks 'as determined by the COR.' Please confirm whether COR-directed service increases beyond the minimum frequencies specified in the SOW will be handled via contract modification with equitable adjustment or are considered within the base FFP scope. System checks can be requested as COR determines for onsite personnel to complete. During normal operational hours and at no extra cost to the government. Estimate number of historical emergency callouts annually? Daily remote temperature adjustment and system monitoring is required. It cannot be based on average need to have availability of tech to respond to call out daily if required.
