- Courthouse AV Solicitation. Period of Performance will be from the date of award through a 12-month period. Vendors must detail how your non-brand offering meets the specifications of the brands that are listed in the spreadsheets in the Schedule B. A firm-fixed price award will be made on the basis of the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. Delivery is desired within 100 days after receipt of offer. Note: This project will need to be installed by the end of calenar year 2026. Thank you.
