- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division (SWD), Tulsa District (SWT) intends to issue a commercial solicitation, W912BV26QA033, for Refuse Contract Base +4 Years ? Hugo, Pine Creek, and Pat Mayse. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 562111 ? Solid Waste Collection Services and the applicable Small Business Size Standard, as established by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is $47,000,000.00. The Product Service Code (PSC) is S205 -Trash/ Garbage Collection Services. The solicitation will be issued via Internet only in the Solicitation Module on the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) website at https://piee.eb.mil/. It is the contractor?s responsibility to monitor the above-listed internet address for any posted changes. All amendments posted shall be signed and submitted with the quote. Solicitation issue date is anticipated to be on or about: 19 FEB 2026.Solicitation close date is anticipated to be on or about: 21 March 2026.The resulting contract will be issued on a Firm-Fixed Price basis for one (1) base period and four (4) option periods to be exercised at the Governments discretion.
