- Description
- Description of Services Required: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Kansas City District (NWK), has a need for vegetative management services in support of the Pomona Lake Project. The contractor shall provide all manpower, equipment, fuel, tools, supervision and other items and services necessary to provide vegetation management services of public use areas at the Pomona Lake, near Vassar, Kansas as described in the attached performance work statement (PWS). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.603 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation, quotes are being requested. The solicitation number for this acquisition is W912DQ26QA026 and it is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Offers shall be submitted in PDF via e-mail to jane.e.bramel@usace.army.mil. All offers must be good for at least 90 days from offer due date. Offers are due at the date and time listed in Block 8 of the SF 1449. The final date to submit questions is five (5) days prior to the due date of the synopsis/solicitation. Please read the following submission requirements carefully. The offerors proposal shall include the following elements to be considered for award: SF 1449- Filled out by the offeror for: Block 17a Block 17b (if applicable) Block 30a Block 30b Block 30c Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN) to include the price for all CLINs Section J - Vendor Information Section J - Related Experience Form - must be submitted to be considered for award Section J- Past Performance Form. This synopsis/solicitation will be awarded as a 100% Small Business Set-aside, and the associated NAICS 561730 Landscaping Services. Site Visit: A site visit is highly encouraged but not required.
