- This requirement is for Custodial Services at TX232 - 13960 North Freeway, Houston, TX 77090-6916. The period of performance is 1 March 2026 to 28 February 2027 with four (4) option periods and a six (6) month option to extend services. A site visit will be held on 4 February 2026 at 10:00 AM CST. Please refer to Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors, which can be found in the soliciation. Written questions must be furnished to the Government no later than 5 February 2026 at 10:00 AM CDT. Please be advised that this procurement is set aside exclusively for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). To be eligible for award, vendors must be listed and verified on the SBA Small Business Search website.
