- This is a solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 Simplified Procedures. This solicitation is issued under FAR Overhaul procedures for commercial products and commercial services. Vendors are advised to review updated FAR Overhaul provisions and clauses at www.acquisition.gov, https://www.acquisition.gov/far-overhaul, and https://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dars/ dfars_far_overhaul_class_deviations.html. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912LR26QA007 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Role Player, Moulage, and Weighted Manikin Support Services with Ambulance Support Services. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued under FAR Part 12.201-1 Simplified Procedures. All quotes must comply with the instructions provided in FAR 52.212-1 and the addendum to FAR 52.212-1 included in this solicitation. This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns. NAICS Codes: 561990 This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference in full effect. Requirements: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform the services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The PWS is provided as an attachment to this solicitation to provide Role Player, Moulage, and Weighted Manikin Support Services with Ambulance Services.
