Description

This is a non-personal services requirement to provide aerial transportation of materials and supplies between staging areas and designated work sites within Cordova Ranger District, Chugach National Forest. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service provider(s) performing the services herein. Such contract service provider(s) shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government. Description of Services The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide transportation of materials and supplies between staging areas and designated work sites within Cordova Ranger District, Chugach National Forest. The Contractor shall provide services in accordance with (IAW) this Performance Work Statement (PWS), and all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. See attached additionational terms and condition, schedule of items, Performance work statement and wage rates.
