- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE 658-26-105 Repair Underground Fuel Storage Tanks Salem VA Medical Center (Salem, Virginia) The Department of Veterans Affairs, Salem VA Medical Center in Salem, Virginia, has a requirement for a contractor to provide construction services to complete Project 658-26-105 Repair Underground Fuel Storage Tanks in accordance with the solicitation and any resulting contract.
