- Description
- Final Task Order Request for Proposals (TORFP) HDTRA126R0035 is for EW Tools to the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, RD-CXP. The sample Technical Direction Letter and Statement of Objectives (SOO) will be sent separately due to classification. Questions should be submitted in accordance with the instructions in Section L and are due 02/13/2026 by 1400 Local Time, Ft. Belvoir. Proposal transmission must be in accordance with the instructions in Section L and be completed NLT 3/9/2026, 1400 Local Time, Ft. Belvoir.
