- Amendment 001: Added clauses 252.204-7021 and 252.204-7025 regarding Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification. Please see attachment. ================================================================================================ The PINPOINT IIR unit is a diagnostic tool to test circuit cards used to ensure both encrypted and unencrypted communications on-board ships. A Test Program and an Interface (plug-in) are required for the PINPOINT IIR to provide accurate information regarding the function of the circuit cards and to identify components that require service.
