Description

1 each three-phase oil transformer in hermetic design according to DIN EN 50588 Loss series AAo/AK with reduced power losses in accordance with the European Commission's Ecodesign Regulation, with zere tolerance, stage 2 from July 1, 2021, with the following specs: High voltage (HV) 20,000 V; Low voltage (LV) 400/230 V; Voltage Tapping 5 steps � 2x2.5%; Vector Group Dyn5; Frequency 50 Hz; Cooling Method 3. Length approx. 1,340 mm; Width approx. 1,045 mm; Height approx. 1,630 mm; Weight approx. 2,650 kg; Oil weight approx. 490 kg. Additional accessories: 1 each Transformer protection relay RIS/DMCR/DGPT2 3 each Euromold plug bushings for 250A angle plugs 4 each Transformer connection terminals, four wire, 35-240 mm�, for M30x2 feed-through, for terminals 2DIRECT-CL/35-240/4x/L/M30x2 (Pfisterer 331 747 001); clamps for terminal bolts compliant with DIN EN 50386; DIN EN 50386 compliant bolted connections (1 kV). Type tested in compliance with IEC 61238 with Cu cables, 240 mm�. 4 each Cover for 2DIREKT Four Wire Terminal, for Bolted Connections M30-M24, Indoor Use (Pfisterer 331 347 001). 4 each additional covers for Screw with Ball Pin. 4 each vibration dampers EK90 60 meters 20 kV cable type N2XSY 1 x 35/RM 16. The intention is to award to the vendor who is deemed responsible, responsive, and represents the best value to the Government based on selection of the lowest total price that is deemed technically acceptable. In accordance with FAR 12.201-1 (c) (2) Contracting Officer has chosen to solicit quotations directly from suppliers. When soliciting directly- (i) Post a presolicitation notice in the GPE according to subpart 5.1, unless an exception in 5.101(b) applies. (ii) Solicit quotations from at least three sources; and (iii) Whenever practicable, solicit quotations from two sources not included in the previous solicitation.
