Description

SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE This Sources Sought notice is issued for planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for proposals, offers, bids and/or quotes. This is not an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation or confirmation the Government will contract for the items contained in the Sources Sought, nor is any commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract implied. Responses to this notice will assist the Government in identifying potential sources for a Small Business set-aside for the solicitation, and in determining whether this approach to secure contracting support is practicable. Respondents are advised the Government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this Sources Sought. Responses to this notice will not be returned. DESCRIPTION OF SUPPLIES AND SERVICES: The contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, materials, equipment and personnel necessary to commence delivery/installation of the temporary fence on 29 April 2026 and commence pick-up/removal on 03 May 2026. Contractor shall secure the fence to prevent movement (except where designated for vehicle access points and access break points) for the duration and times designated in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work (please see attachment). Interested contractors may provide the completed Sources Sought Notice to brandon.woodrum.6@us.af.mil and mercedes.perez.1@us.af.mil no later than 11 February 2026 at 11:00 a.m. CST. Note: If parties choose to respond, any cost associated with preparation and submission of data or any other cost incurred in response to this announcement are the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government.
