- Description
- This is a notice of intent to sole source a procurement under FAR Part 12. This requirement is for a B1 Compensator Assembly (Part Number: 472359-20) for Ellsworth AFB. The Government intents to award a contract to ALAMO AIRCRAFT LTD IAW FAR 6.302-1, currently Flight Safety has only approved acquisition outside DLA supply chains to purchase the requested part from the aforementioned company. This special notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes. Primary Government Point of Contact: A1C Nicholas Oak, nicholas.oak@us.af.mil All questions must be emailed to nicholas.oak@us.af.mil no later than 12:00 a.m. (MDT) on 13 February 2026. Late submissions will not be considered. Disclaimer: The Government is not obligated to award a contract as a result of this special notice. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up requests. The Government shall not be liable for nor suffer any consequential damages for any improperly identified information.
