Description

Amendment #1 Updated Provisions and Clauses will need to be requested from the POCs listed below. We are experiencing upload issues at this time. 9 February 2026. MN The purpose of this cleaning is to remove debris including all hazardous materials from the firing range where live-fire weapons training is conducted. This creates a safe environment where students and instructors are at a reduced risk of exposure to harmful substances created by frequent deflagration and discharge of firearms. Failure to accomplish these tasks will result in a heavy accumulation of toxic and substances which have been known to causes severe and long-lasting respiratory illnesses. The dust that accumulates on the floor of the range is flammable and under extreme circumstances could ignite and be extremely dangerous to any personnel in the building.
