Description

This acquisition will result in the award of a performance based, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for services comprising Recurring Work and Non-Recurring Work for custodial services in the Naval Washington District (NDW) at sites within 100-mile radius of Washington, DC. The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials and equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering and other items necessary to provide the services outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). SEE AMENDMENT 0001 THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO: a. Correct Proposal Due date to Tuesday, March 2, 2026. b. Change Site Visit date to February 17, 18, and 19, 2026. RSVP by Thursday, February 12, 2026. c. Change RFI cutoff date to Monday, February 23, 2026. d. Correct and add content of Section M: Pricing Factor. e. Correct content of Section M: Factor 2, Corporate Experience. f. Correct content of Section M: Factor 3, Safety. See highlights for changes and corrections.
