Description

1. PROJECT TITLE: Pest Control Services for Crow Service Unit, Pryor Clinic and Lodge Grass Clinic 2. BACKGROUND/PURPOSE: Pest Control Services are required for The Crow/Northern Cheyenne Indian Health Service (Crow Service Unit) located in Crow Agency, Montana. The CSU is a 24-bed health facility with 2 satellite clinics serving the Crow Reservation in South Central Montana. Pest Control Services are required to ensure the prevention/treatment of Rodents, Insects, and other Vermin. 3. SCOPE: The Vendor shall manage the total work effort associated with the pest control services in the treatment/prevention of Rodents, Insects, and other vermin for the Crow Service Unit and Satellite Clinics to include spraying along perimeter of buildings.
