- The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor intends to solicit and award a Firm Fixed Price task order for commercial services in accordance with Far Part 13. The solicitation is for Keynote Speaker for Total Sailor Fit to Fight (TSFTF) workshop and Fleet Resilience Training (FRT) events in accordance with the specifications listed in Attachment #1 Performance Work Statement (PWS). NAICS Code for this requirement is 611430 Professorial and Management Development Training business size standard is $15.0 Million. This solicitation is a Total Small business Set-Aside. *****BE SURE TO FOLLOW THE ""SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS AND COMPLETE ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS. ******** IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS: Please review the instruction in Attachment # 3 Quote Submission Criteria to qualify for evaluation. - All quoters need to be actively registered in SAM. - All quotes must include at least the following information: o Company name, address, CAGE, UIE o Unit Price (for each session), Total Price (for 34 hours) and Cost breakdown for each event. Award will be made based on Trade-off. The evaluation criteria are described in detail in Attachment # 4 Evaluation Criteria. DFARS Clauses and Provisions pertaining to this requirement are attached as Attachment # 8. Any newly added FAR or DFARS Required clauses will be added upon award.
