To extend the Bid Opening date to March 3, 2026, at 10:00AM(EST) DELIVERY OF BIDS 1. In accordance with FAR 14.202-8, the government is authorizing electronic bids on this solicitation. ALL bids shall be emailed to Samantha Chavanga, Contract Specialist, at samantha.chavanga@va.gov and timestamped by 9:30 AM (EST) prior to the bid opening time. The bids shall include copies of a bid bond. The bid opening shall take place on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 10:00am (EST). No hand-carried or mailed bids will be accepted. 2.
