- The Army Contracting Command � Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is soliciting for a five-year, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. This action will be competed amongst small businesses and the Federal Prison Industries & Unique Corporation (FPI/UNICOR) in accordance with (IAW) FAR 52.219-6 Alt I.
