Description

The action resulting from this opportunity will be a Firm Fixed Pric (FFP) Purchase Order: Refer to the attached documents for the required supply, details, and instructions. Quoters/Offerors must meet the expectations below : -Provide a signed copy of Solicitation M0026426Q0018 and a signed copy of both Solicitation Amendments (SF30) 0001 and 0002. Quoters must review page 24 (Instructions to Offerors) and page 25/26 (Evaluation of commercial products and commercial services) before giving their best price to CLIN 0001 found on page 3. -Amendment 0001: Extended quoter's response due date to 10 February 2026. -Amendment 0002: Extended quoter's response due date to 13 February 2026 and removed/added clauses/provisions in accordance with the Regulatory FAR Overhaul that went into effect on 1 February 2026. -Clarinet Delivery Date must be On/Before 25 January 2027. QUESTIONS ARE DUE: 12 FEBRUARY 2026 AT 10:00 AM (Eastern Time). QUOTATIONS ARE DUE (CLOSING DATE/TIME): 13 FEBRUARY 2026 AT 10:00 AM (Eastern Time). Quotes/Offers received after this date and time may be deemed ineligible for award.
