Description

It has been determined to be in the best interest of the Government to amend solicitation SPRR2-26-R-0014. Solicitation SPRRA2-26-R-0014 has been changed in the following particulars, and in no others. 1, The solicitation has been changed from a 3-Year Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ) to a Single Purchase Contract (SP). 2. Contracting Line Item Numbers (CLINS) 0002AA through 0003AC have been deleted from solicitation. 3. All the IDIQ language in the A Narrative and B Narrative of the solicitation has been deleted. 4. The Contractor First Article Testing language in the A Narrative has been deleted. 5. Certified cost and pricing data is required for proposals exceeding $2,500,000.00. 6. The following FAR clauses have been changed: 52.211-8 TIME OF DELIVERY has been changed. The CLINS 0002AA though 0003AC have been deleted from this clause. 252.217-7027 CONTRACT DEFINITIZATION. Clause has been changed from a 3-year IDIQ contract to a Single Purchase Contract. 52.216-1 TYPE OF CONTRACT has been changed from a 3-year Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ)to a Single Purchase Contract (SP). 7. The following clauses have been deleted from the solicitation: 52.209-3 FIRST ARTICLE APPROVAL -- CONTRACTOR TESTING (SEP 1989) -- ALTERNATE I 52.216-18 ORDERING 52.216-19 ORDER LIMITATIONS 52.216-22 INDEFINITE QUANTITY 252.215-7012 REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS VIA ELECTRONIC MEDIA 8. The solicitation closing date and time has been extended. The solicitation shall close at 12:00 PM Central Daylight Time on Friday 6 March 2026. All other terms and conditions detailed in solicitation SPRRA2-26-R-0014 remain unchanged.
