Description: Medical Supply Services for the Office of Security & Integrity (OSI). This requirement encompasses pre-employment and post-employment medical and psychological testing services for USCIS Law Enforcement personnel. Pre-employment medical services include selectee medical testing in accordance with U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) regulations. Post-employment medical services include independent medical examinations, reviews of medical documents, and psychological testing for current USCIS employees. Psychological testing is not required for every applicant, only those for whom a psychological concern is identified on the medical evaluation.
