Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT 1. Description of Services: The Indian Health Service (IHS), Albuquerque Area Office, intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract to Data Innovations LLC (UEI: Y4HJLGLH5VY5) for Instrument Manager (IM) Maintenance and Support Services at Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center (ZCCHC), located in Zuni, New Mexico. 2. Authority: This acquisition will be made under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii), Only One Responsible Source. Data Innovations LLC is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and the only known source with the required proprietary knowledge, OEM authorization, and access necessary to provide Instrument Manager (IM) maintenance and support services. 3. Period of Performance: Base period: 02/19/2026-02/18/2027 Option Period One: 02/19/2027-02/18/2028 Option Period Two: 02/19/2028-02/18/2029 Option Period Three: 02/19/2029-02/18/2030 Option Period Four: 02/19/2030-02/18/2031 4. NAICS and PSC code information: NAICS code: 513210- Software Publishers PSC code: 7A21- IT and Telecom-Business Applications Software 5. Interested parties: This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations, and no solicitation is available. However, interested parties who believe they can provide the capability to provide the required services may submit a capability statement for future consideration. Responses must include: Proof of OEM authorization for full preventive maintenance and service of Instrument Manager (IM). UEI number and business size status. Any determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract will be based on responses to this notice and is solely within the discretion of the Government.
