- Description
- The 103rd Airlift Wing, Connecticut Air National Guard, requires contractor services for the restoration and preservation of one (1) C-130 and one (1) A-10 static display aircraft located at Bradley Air National Guard Base, East Granby, CT. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 488190 (Size Standard: $40M). The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, sheet metal repair, corrosion control, surface preparation, bird proofing, and the application of a high-quality polyurethane heritage paint scheme. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract based on a best value trade-off methodology. The technical and past performance factors are significantly more important than price. Full details regarding the requirement, including the complete Performance Work Statement (PWS), site visit information, and all evaluation factors for award, are provided in the attached solicitation documents.
