- Video Surveillance System (VSS) Installation for Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Protective Service (FPS), Region 9 The contractor shall provide all labor,material, management, expertise, transportation,supervision, training, license and permits to provide the services in accordance with theStatement of Work (SOW) for Video Surveillance System Installation at the Sirena Plaza located at 108 Hernan Cortez Ave, Hag�t�a, Guam (GU7069). This RFQ is being solicited as a 100% Total Small Business set-aside. Interested offerors are encouraged to review the RFQ package in its entirety.
