Description

This is Amendment 1 to add drawings and Wage Determination there is no extension. Demo Building 229. See attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). A site visit will be held on 26 February 2026 at Building 229 at 1000. A DSM Access request form must be completed and sent to the Contracting Officer by 23 February 2026. Funds are not currently available. The Combo and this solicitation is subject to FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds clause. Quotes/Proposals must be honored up to 90 days after solicitation close date.
