- Government received a question after the question submission deadline regarding the Instructions to Offerors. Government deemed it necessary to review and answer said question. Per the ITO, paragraph 5.3.9.2: Prior experience shall be detailed on no more than six pages. If available, the Offeror shall provide the full CPAR record as part of the submission for verification. CPAR record does not count against the page count. Question: If a subcontractor does not have CPARS from their Prime, what other documents would you accept for performance? Answer: see attachment
