- The Bureau of Reclamation, Missouri Basin Region, intends to issue a Commercial Request for Quote (RFQ) for the following supplies: The Buoys must meet the minimum requirements listed below A. Supply and delivery of the following buoy system and associated components: 1. Ten (10) Float Collar Can Buoy with External Ballast supplied with four solar lights, a. Can diameter and height: 14�x30�. b. Float collar diameter and height: 28�x12�. c. Each buoy is to be a seamless one-piece ultra-strong high-density polyethylene plastic with UV stabilizers. No ABS, No CAPS, completely foam filled with urethane foam meeting or exceeding U.S. Coast Guard requirements, self-righting without tackle, and impervious to chemicals including gasoline, solvents, or oils. 2. One (1) �� stainless steel wire rope cabler 6x19 IWRC type 304 (800 ft). 3. One (1) 3/8� galvanized aircraft cable steel wire rope 6.19 (800ft). 4. Twenty(20) � 3/8� Safety Anchor Shackles, 5. Thirty (30) Wire Rope Clips � �� HDG. 6. Four (4) 3/8� Wire Rope Clip. 7. The buoys are to have top graphics that state �Boats�. 8. The buoys are to have a symbol of a diamond with a cross. 9. The buoys are to have a bottom graphics that state �Keep Out�. Delivery of the Buoys to Yellowtail Warehouse shall be included in Quotation. Delivery location is Bureau of Reclamation Yellowtail Warehouse, 2 Ave B, Ft. Smith, Montana 59035. FOB Destination of all supplies with an anticipated delivery date on or before September 30, 2026. It is anticipated that the simplified acquisition set aside will be a Total Small Business with Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation criteria. It is anticipated that the Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted on or about 25 February 2026 via the SAM.gov website. It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor the SAM.gov web page for RFQ release and all subsequent amendments. The product service code is 2050 and the NAICS code is 326199. HARD COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Quotations are not requested and will not be accepted from this Pre-Solicitation Notice. It is required that all companies are to be actively registered in SAM.gov prior to submitting a quotation for this solicitation.
