- This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice � The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 06 (NCO 6), intends to solicit quotes from contractors for: Webbglide Window Treatments for the Domiciliary Behavioral Health Unit at the Hampton VA Medical Center located at: � VAMC Hampton Bldg 148 100 Emancipation Drive Hampton, VA 23667 � The VAMC anticipates posting a Small Business Set-Aside RFQ for this requirement to SAM.gov on or about: February 12, 2026. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from SAM.gov, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to offerors about the quote submission process.
