Description
Request for Information Background: Mississippi Air National Guard Combat Readiness Training Center (CRTC) holds training exercises that requires mass notification capabilities inside buildings on base. Current Setup: The following equipment is currently in place: Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) Version14.0.1.12900-161 Whelan Giant Voice System (WPS-2800) with E1000 Encoders Analog Bogen PCM-2000 System Capabilities Gained: Capability to split zones for visiting unit access and real-world access Visiting units utilize the paging for single and multi-buildings Capability to inject tones/sounds (e.g. attack warning signals and emergency notification signals) Additional Information: All parts should be listed on the DoD Approved Products Listing and TAA compliant Fiber optic cable is on installation for signal routing The Bogen PCM2000 is a modular telephone zone paging and control system. By integrating unique, multi-function modules, the PCM2000 offers both incredible flexibility and capability for future expansion. The Bogen PCM2000 Zone Paging System is designed for direct connection to loop start and ground start trunks, to PBX or KEY paging ports which supply DTMF capability, and to analog T/R lines. Operation requires a 12V (1.5A) DC power supply. The system allows total system amplifier power of up to 250W. The unit includes flanges with keyhole slots for wall mounted installation. The system is registered under Part 68 of FCC rules. Site Survey: If you are interested in attending the site survey it will be held at MS CRTC (4715 HEWES AVE BLDG 85 GULFPORT, MS 39507-4324) on March 5th 2026 at 0930.
