- *** Please note the purpose of this Amendment 0002 is to: 1. Extend the solicitation due date to February 19, 2026 at 11:00 am EST. All acceptable offers must be submitted by this date and time as listed in the base solicitation, which includes a signed and filled solicitation that acknowledges the amendments, a filled price evaluation spreadsheet, and a filled technical information questionnaire. 2. Update the question and answer attachment to Section J to include addtional questions from industry and their answers (see Q & A Document in attachment list). Unless stated above, all other terms and conditions of solicitation W912CH-25-R-0130, remain unchanged. Valid proposals will include a filled solicitation form (including the acknowledgement of this amendment and the previous one), a filled price evaluation spreadsheet, and a filled technical information questionnaire (TIQ).
