Description

Purchase with installation service for Replace Morgue Cooler This is a pre-solicitation announcement only. Solicitation documents will be available on or about February 26, 2026. The solicitation will contain all necessary request for quotation (RFQ) instructions. Contractors must be registered in SAM.GOV and must be verified in SBA's VETCERT at the time the offer is submitted and prior to award. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, and the small business size standard is $19 Million. Questions regarding this pre-solicitation must be sent in writing to David.rovner@va.gov and cc: charee.harris@va.gov Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 will be issuing a request for quotation (RFQ) for a qualified general contractor, having EPA 608 Certification, to Replace Morgue Cooler in accordance with the SOW, drawings, and specifications located at 4150 Clement Street, San Francisco, CA 94121. The duration of this project is approximately 240 calendar days After Receipt of Order (ARO) is issued.
