Description

Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform all work in connection with Project number PNQS260340 M500 Water Main Replacement Bldg 500 at Maxwell AFB, Alabama. The Magnitude of Construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. Proposals will be evaluated using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable or Trade-off as determined by the Contracting Officer. The applicable wage rate for this project is Davis Bacon Act WD#: AL20260093. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside and contractor must be located within 250 mile radius of Maxwell AFB.This is a Sources Sought. If interested, please, contact the POC and alternate POC via email along with a Capabilities Brief or brief synopsis of similar and recent work experience.
